What is the cancellation policy?

Free cancellation is available up to 7 days (one week) before departure. Your deposit is refundable when you cancel at least 7 days before departure. Eligible online payments are refundable within this cancellation period. Any actual money-transfer fee incurred when returning the refund is paid by the client and deducted from the refunded amount. Read the policy on your selected tour and retain your booking confirmation. Contact Omega Tour about changes or cancellation requests.

Can I start or finish in another Moroccan city?

Yes. Our online itineraries mainly depart from Fes and Marrakech, with journeys in either direction via the Sahara and return-tour options. For departures from Casablanca or any other Moroccan city, contact Omega Tour. We can plan a custom route ending in the city you choose and confirm the duration, accommodation, availability and price before booking.

Can I reach my desert tent by 4×4 instead of a camel?

Yes. You can travel to the desert camp by 4×4 instead of riding a camel. Tell us your preference when booking so we can arrange your transfer to the camp.

Can I ride a camel for only part of the journey to camp?

Yes. You can combine a shorter camel ride with a 4×4 transfer for the rest of the journey to your tent. You can also start by 4×4 and continue by camel. Please tell us your preferred arrangement in advance.

Can I arrive at camp by camel and return by 4×4?

Yes. You can ride a camel to the desert camp and return by 4×4 the following morning. Let us know when booking so we can arrange both parts of your journey.
